999cd Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between 999cd ("Platform", "we", "us") and users of this platform ("you", "member"). These Terms apply to all services, games, and features.

999cd is committed to providing a safe, transparent, and entertaining online gaming environment for players in Bangladesh. Our platform offers live casino, sports betting, slot games, and much more. We use SSL encryption and ensure fair play to protect every member's data and transactions.

These Terms are available in English and Bengali. If any difference in interpretation arises between the two languages, the Bengali version will be considered the official position of 999cd.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement:

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account and use gaming features on the 999cd platform. Registration by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited. 999cd may request a government-issued ID at any time for age verification.

2.2 One Account Policy:

Each individual may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts by the same person or members of the same household is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts will be closed and any accumulated bonuses will be forfeited.

2.3 Registration Terms:

• All information provided at registration must be accurate and complete.
• Providing false information will result in immediate account closure.
• Any changes to personal information must be reported to 999cd immediately.
• Full cooperation with the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process is required.

3. Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You must not allow anyone else to use your account.

• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify the support team immediately.
• Change your password regularly and do not use easily guessable passwords.
• 999cd will never ask for your password via email or chat — any such request is a sign of fraud.
• 999cd is not responsible for transactions made from another person's account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).
• Deposits may only be made from an account registered in your own name.
• Funds sent from third-party accounts will be declined and returned to the sender.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes.
• Withdrawals are paid only via the same method used for the original deposit.
• KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• 999cd reserves the right to suspend withdrawals if fraud is suspected or while an investigation is ongoing.

4.3 Currency:

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits or withdrawals in foreign currency are not accepted.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus:

999cd offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; depositing ৳32,000 or more qualifies for the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements:

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x — calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• The bonus applies to the first deposit only.
• The welcome bonus cannot be claimed more than once per account.
• Attempting to withdraw a bonus before meeting the wagering requirement will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• If fraudulent bonus claiming is found, the account will be closed.

5.3 Other Promotions:

999cd may announce various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer will have its own terms and conditions, which will be stated in the offer details. 999cd reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time at its discretion.

6. Gaming Rules

All games available on 999cd operate under specific rules. The individual rules for each game can be found in the game interface.

• Game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair play.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error or server issue, 999cd will determine the outcome using a fair method.
• In live casino games (such as table games from Ezugi or Evolution Gaming), the dealer's decision is considered final.
• Games from Aviator (Spribe), Gates of Olympus (Pragmatic Play), and other providers are governed by the respective provider's own rules.
• In the event of a dispute over a game result, 999cd's server logs will be used as the final evidence.
• In sports betting, if a match is cancelled or incomplete, action will be taken in accordance with the terms of that bet.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure:

• Money laundering or using funds obtained through illegal means on the platform.
• Playing games using automated bots or software.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs for unfair advantage — and failing to report them to us immediately.
• Attempting to claim bonus benefits by opening multiple accounts.
• Harassing other members or using inappropriate language.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
• Making fraudulent chargeback claims against 999cd.

8. VIP Program

The 999cd VIP Program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier.

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

VIP tier progression is assessed based on a member's gaming activity and engagement on the platform. 999cd determines VIP tiers at its discretion and this decision is considered final.

VIP cashback is applied automatically each week. There are no wagering requirements on cashback. 999cd reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP Program at any time.

9. Responsible Gaming

999cd believes that gaming is an entertainment activity — not a source of income. We encourage all members to play responsibly.

• Bet within your means — never wager money that you cannot afford to lose.
• Do not chase losses or place additional bets out of emotion.
• If you notice signs of gaming addiction, seek help immediately.
• Members can set deposit limits or a temporary self-exclusion period on their own account.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Closure by User:

Any member may request account closure at any time by contacting the support team. It is advised to complete all pending bonus wagering requirements before making the request.

10.2 Suspension by 999cd:

999cd may suspend or close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Extended inactivity (more than 24 months).
• Legal or regulatory requirements.

Before account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the registered payment method, unless evidence of fraud is found.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

The way your personal information is collected, stored, and used is described in detail in our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is an integral part of these Terms.

• 999cd never sells your personal information to third parties.
• Limited information may be shared where necessary (such as for payment processing or legal obligations).
• All data transfers are secured using SSL encryption technology.
• Requests to access, correct, or delete your information can be made through the support team.

12. Limitation of Liability

999cd is not responsible for the following:

• If a game or betting is interrupted due to issues with your internet connection.
• If any loss occurs due to hardware or software faults on your device.
• If there is a delay due to disruption of third-party services (payment gateways, game providers).
• If service is briefly disrupted due to unexpected technical errors.
• If your account is damaged due to your own negligence or a security breach.

In any circumstance, 999cd's liability will be limited to a maximum equal to the total balance in your account (excluding bonuses).

13. Changes to Terms

999cd reserves the right to change these terms at any time. For important changes, members will be notified via their registered email or through a notification on the platform.

If you continue to use the platform after the changes, you will be considered to have agreed to the new terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, please request that your account be closed.
